Shipping Information:
Standard orders - will be processed and shipped within 48 hours once payment is received.
Custom Orders - Upon recipt buyer will be notified by email time frame to complete the order and date the order will be shipped once payment is received.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
We strive to produce quality products therefore we want all our customers to be 100% satisfied. If you received your purchase and are not satisfied for any reason please contact us immediately and we will take whatever steps necessary to rectify the situation.
If item doesn't meet satisfaction, please contact us immediately; you must return item within five days of receipt in order for store credit is issued. Please keep in mind we do not ship anything we do not feel is of the highest quality. You are also responsible for return shipping fees, packing item in original packaging, and any additional insurance fee you deem necessary to insure an unscathed return. If item returns damaged, we can not give store credit.
